This site is operated by PT Futura Agro Nusantara for the Sorghumin brand. This policy explains the personal data we collect and how we process it in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
Data we collect
Through the business partnership form: business name, business type, city, contact name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), products of interest, and your message. We also store a hashed fingerprint of your IP address to prevent spam.
Purpose of processing
To follow up on requests for samples, price lists, or kitchen trials, and (only if you agree) to send product news and promotions.
Storage & access
Only the team handling partnerships can access the data. Data from prospective partners who do not proceed is anonymized no later than 24 months after submission. Service providers that help us (hosting, database, and email delivery) process data only on our instructions.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time through the official Sorghumin contact channels listed on this site.
